RETURN POLICY:
All merchandise purchased online at www.rangolibyprema.com may be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a refund, exchange or
store credit (subtracting the original shipping and handling fees).
All items returned must be in the same
condition in which it was received with tags and packaging. We will not
accept returns of used or soiled merchandise.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Accessories and scarves may not be returned or exchanged. All sale items are FINAL SALE. No credit or exchange will be accepted.

explanation of why you are returning or what you would like to exchange
it for.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items purchased online are shipped with Speed post service. The average delivery time is 5-7 business days. If you would like to make a special request for expedited domestic shipping, please mention it while placing the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
International shipping is charged a flat rate of $65 worldwide.
International orders please note that you will have to take
responsibility for all import duties in your own country.
